Yoga at Schoolmaster Hill!
Join Linda the Wellness Warrior, trained in Afroflow yoga, on Schoolmaster Hill every Saturday morning through the summer. You’ll be in one of the most beautiful spots in the park and experience the relaxation of yoga while getting fit. Bring a mat if you have one, we’ll have some for those without. All levels welcome. Linda will work with you if you need support.
Come with a water bottle to stay hydrated and wear comfortable, loose clothes.
