A proposed 4-story, 46-unit rental apartment building for Brookley Road will be discussed at a public meeting on Oct. 24. The building is proposed for the corner of Brookley and Stonley roads, with a listed address of 35 Brookley Road. All of the building's units would be rentals, with three of them being artist live/work units, according to the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA). There would be at-grade parking for 21 vehicles, and onsite storage for 52 bicycles.
