NSTAR Works to Restore Power in Green/Washington Area

It may be two hours until power is fully restored in the area near Green and Washington streets, an NSTAR worker said. NSTAR reports that an underground cable failed a little before 9:30 a.m. At first, about 400 customers lost power, said Rhiannon D'Angelo, media spokesperson for NSTAR. Within two hours, NSTAR returned power to about 300 of those customers, she said.
