Who Is My Neighbor? Darren Alexander Cole Exhibition at Urbano Project

Urbano Project is delighted to announce it will host Darren Alexander Cole’s exhibition, Who is My Neighbor? from July 28th to September 9th at its Jamaica Plain gallery space at 29 Germania Street. The opening reception will take place on Thursday, July 28th from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. This public event will also include an artist talk at 7:30 pm. Cole’s solo exhibition will feature an interactive multi-media installation (projection, sound, and video) to explore issues of community transparency in the context of Boston’s Egleston Square. Who is my neighbor? interacts with the neighborhood’s relationship to public space, light, and sound, to connect place, community awareness, and a moment in time. Driven by Cole’e belief that communities can grow when important matters are transparent, his installation enables viewers to see themselves in terms of common interests and constructive dialogues.
