Maybe you’ve noticed the new concrete emplacements at several places along Centre Street. For me, they bring to mind my favorite old Saturday Night Live skit.
The city’s Department of Transportation is continuing their design process for improvements to the South/Hyde/Jackson corridor. The next public meeting is Monday, Sept. 29, 6 p.m. at the JFK School, 7 Bolster St. The streetscape redesign has been in the works since 2010.
