Mugger Takes Woman’s Phone at Knifepoint By Green Street T

A woman who had just come out of the Green Street T Monday night found a man holding a knife to her side and demanding her phone. The incident took place around 10:45 p.m., which was when she made it safely to the police station just two blocks away. The victim gave the man the phone, according to Police Officer Rachel McGuire. The woman started walking away and the man stopped her to demand the passcode. She gave that to him as well and went to the E-13 station at Green and Washington to report the incident.
