Bukhara Reopens After Shutdown for Health Code Violations; Second Time in 6 Months

The Bukhara restaurant reopened on Thursday after being shutdown on August 23 by the city for health code violations -- for the second time in six months. On Thursday the Centre Street restaurant had reopened, but with very few customers around 6 pm. There was a sign on the door that said the business has an "A" sanitary inspection grade from the city. Another sign said that health code violations can be reported by calling the Boston Public Health Commission at 617-534-4718. UniversalHub.com reported that the Centre Street restaurant was shutdown earlier this month for violations "...including a lack of hot water in the sink used by employees to wash their hands and equipment that needed cleaning, including a can opener, a microwave and the inside of an ice machine."
