Jamaica Pond Parkrun Moving to Arnold Arboretum Starting This Weekend

Starting June 8th and every week thereafter the Jamaica Plain Parkrun will take place at the Arnold Arboretum. The Jamaica Pond path that Jamaica Pond Parkrun uses as its course has played host to runners, walkers, and all manner of outdoor enthusiasts for more than 100 years now. So maybe it comes as no surprise that from time to time, the Boston Department of Parks and Recreation has to perform some upkeep so it remains smooth, beautiful, and welcoming for future generations. That’s the situation for JPparkrun right now. You may have even noticed the construction equipment and fencing that’s been popping up lately.
