Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts (GSEMA) was pleased to recognize Jamaica Plain’s Pi Fong for service to girls and the community at GSEMA’s annual Volunteer Recognition Luncheon. Approximately 90 individuals and four service units (a group of volunteers representing a town or several towns) from across eastern Massachusetts, as well the museum volunteer team, were recognized for their service, at the luncheon held on April 28 in Framingham. Fong was awarded the 20-Year Girl Scout Membership Pin for an enduring commitment to the organization, and the President’s Award as Volunteer Support Specialist for several service units.
