An adult male was shot on Metcalf Court in Jamaica Plain Tuesday evening.

Boston Police Department spokesperson Rachel McGuire told Jamaica Plain News that the victim was shot around 6:30 p.m. His injuries were deemed not life-threatening.
McGuire said he did not cooperate with police when questioned about the incident. Universal Hub reports the Homicide Unit was called in to investigate the incident.
Metcalf Court is located off South Street between the Monument and Forest Hills station.
