Bringing Home the Forest
Have you ever stopped to admire the thick moss covering an old stump in the woods, or relaxed next to a trickling stream? From the lush growth of Pennsylvania sedge to the fragrance of hay-scented fern, the rich vegetation of New England forests inspires us in innumerable ways. Now you can learn how to incorporate elements of the forest into your own home garden. Emphasis will be placed on choosing low-maintenance plants with great ecological value. Bring a bag lunch.
