Unwind with this 30-minute, evening meditation under the shade of the maple collection at the Arnold Arboretum. Bob Linscott, a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher at Brown University and Center for Mindfulness at UMASS Memorial Health Care, will guide the group through mindfulness and meditation exercises designed to help you de-stress and connect with the natural world. Every Monday evening through September 25.
Free. Registration is appreciated as it helps to plan programs.
