Monthly meeting of the Housing & Development Committee of the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council - On the agenda will be Chuck Collins discussing his report 'Towering Excess' on the effects of the luxury housing boom in Boston; also on the agenda is review of development proposal for 150 Stedman St., construction of 21 residential units. All meetings are open to the public.
