Police Log: Exchange Student Stabbed in Failed Seaverns Avenue Mugging

Police say that got a call about 11:35 p.m. on Friday, March 27 for a mugging at 75 Seaverns Ave. A man, whose wounds appeared to be superficial, told police he was an exchange student. He told police he'd walked from Green Street Station toward Brewer Street when he was set upon by two men. One of the men hit and stabbed him.
