Co-founder Paul Saginaw of the legendary Zingerman's Bakehouse in Ann Arbor is being brought to JP this February by JP Local First and the Sustainable Business Network of Massachusetts. His talk is entitled "How an Obsession with Extraordinary Customer Service can Grow Your Business," to be held at the JP Public Library from 7pm-9pm.
